After payment we will ship your order within 3 business days. Please understand that we have no influence on delivery time of the post. However, we are always striving to keep delivery time as short as possible. After having shipped your goods you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. We ship all packages with DHL.

In Austria: 2-4 days
to Germany: 2-5 working days
in the remaining EU countries: 4-7 business days
EU third country and the rest (America, Russia, Norway, Japan, Canada, ..): 10-27 days

Within 14 days you can cancel or exchange your order!

When you do not like a product you can exchange it or revoke your order within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. email) or - if you received the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods.

Please, note Trackingnummer on return shipments to make tracking the package possible!
